Define the geography before you interpret the numbers
The Census record identifies Edmond city and its relationship to Oklahoma County. Those are different geographic scopes. A report about Edmond should not silently be treated as a report about every household or individual in Oklahoma County, and county activity should not automatically be credited to the city. For a firm serving Edmond, this distinction matters when reviewing service-and-city targets, calls, lead sources and case-type trends. The dashboard page describes rankings across tracked service-and-city targets and says that city data can inform decisions. Before relying on a tile, ask whether “Edmond” means a city target, a caller’s stated location, a page location, or another defined field.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show the geographic definition behind each Edmond-related measure. Decide which views should remain city-specific, which may include Oklahoma County, and which should cover a wider Oklahoma market. Record those definitions in your reporting review so a broader number is not presented as Edmond performance.
