1. Define the geography before reading the numbers
A Clinton firm may serve matters connected to Clinton, one or both recorded counties, other Oklahoma locations, or a wider service area. Those are different geographic questions. Bosseo’s public page says the dashboard can show city data, tracked service-and-city targets and which cities produce calls. The Clinton city record should therefore be treated as a boundary reference, not as proof that a particular audience exists. Ask which location labels will appear in the dashboard, whether a city refers to a search target, a caller’s location, a page location or another definition, and how county and statewide activity will be separated.
Recommended approach
During review, write down the exact locations and practice areas the firm wants to evaluate. Require each geographic view to state its definition, date range and relationship to the firm’s actual intake records. Do not treat Clinton’s population estimate as a forecast of inquiries or signed matters.
