1. Set the geographic question before judging a channel
Bixby’s county relationship matters because a firm may serve clients across Tulsa County, Wagoner County, and other Oklahoma locations. A total for Bixby city cannot tell you which county a lead came from, whether the person searched from somewhere else, or whether a case belongs in a Bixby-focused marketing decision. The useful question is narrower: can you connect a particular inquiry to the page, channel and intake information that preceded it, then decide whether that journey belongs in the service-area analysis? Bosseo’s public Lead Attribution description includes channel, referrer, landing page, device, session detail and intake answers. It also describes calls joining the same journey and outcomes continuing through consultation and signed case.
Recommended approach
Define the geographic fields and reporting views you need during the consultation. Review Bixby, Tulsa County and Wagoner County separately where that distinction affects budgeting or service coverage. Do not use the ACS population estimate as a lead target or performance benchmark.
