1. Start with the service area, not an assumed call pattern
Bartlesville is recorded as a municipality in Oklahoma. The 2020–2024 ACS five-year estimate lists 37,878 residents, with a margin of error of 46, and identifies relationships with Osage County and Washington County. That is geographic and population context only. It does not establish how many people contact a law firm, which practice areas they need, how often they call, what languages they use or whether your staff needs more coverage. Intake Coach should therefore be evaluated against your firm’s actual service map and call records rather than a population-based forecast. Ask whether a conversation should be treated differently when the caller is in Bartlesville, elsewhere in Washington County, Osage County or outside your accepted territory.
Recommended approach
Bring your defined service area to the consultation. Review whether location is a qualification question, a routing factor, an attorney-availability issue or simply a fact for follow-up. Do not use the population estimate as a proxy for lead volume or staffing demand.
