1. Start with the service area, not the review total
Youngstown’s recorded county relationships are Mahoning County and Trumbull County. Those relationships matter when you decide which clients and service locations belong in your reputation plan. A firm serving only Youngstown city should not describe its coverage as though every Mahoning or Trumbull County resident is part of its market. Conversely, a firm that accepts matters throughout both counties may need a broader review and profile strategy. The Census population estimate is useful for identifying the municipality being discussed, but it cannot tell you how many people seek legal help, which practice areas they need or how many firms compete for them.
Recommended approach
Define the geographic scope before changing review requests or interpreting results. Write down the locations the firm actually serves, the matters it wants more of and any areas it does not want to emphasize. Review whether the Google Business Profile, website language and responses describe that scope accurately. Treat county coverage, city coverage and statewide service as separate decisions.
