1. Set geographic coverage without turning population into a forecast
The Census record identifies Youngstown city and its relationships to Mahoning County and Trumbull County. It does not establish where your callers live, how many people seek counsel, or whether a particular practice area has demand. That distinction matters when you configure the firm profile. A Youngstown practice may want to describe the city, one or both named counties, Ohio, or another service area, but the correct scope comes from your actual practice and consultation policy. Bosseo’s public page says the AI can be configured with practice areas, office locations, hours, parking and consultation process. It also says the system captures case details and caller information.
Recommended approach
Before booking, decide which geographic questions belong in intake and which require attorney review. Ask Bosseo to show how your selected service area would appear in the firm profile and call summary. Do not use the city’s population estimate as a proxy for call demand, leads or revenue.
