1. Set the service area before you set the call path
Your public service area should distinguish Washington Court House from Fayette County and from any broader Ohio market your firm serves. A caller may identify the municipality, the county, another Ohio location or no location at all. The Census record identifies Washington Court House city as a municipality and records its county relationship as Fayette County. It does not show how many people call law firms, which matters they have, or whether they prefer one communication channel. That is why geography belongs in the firm profile and review process, not in a demand claim.
Recommended approach
During evaluation, define the locations your firm actually accepts and the locations that require review. Ask Bosseo how those boundaries would inform the firm profile, caller questions, routing instructions and follow-up ownership. Keep Washington Court House and Fayette County distinct in internal reporting so a local call is not confused with a countywide or statewide inquiry.
