1. Start with the geography you actually serve
A Wadsworth firm may think in terms of the city, Medina County, Ohio, or a wider service area. Those are different reporting scopes. The Census record identifies Wadsworth city and its relationship to Medina County; it does not establish where prospective clients search, call or retain counsel. A dashboard should therefore make geographic definitions explicit rather than treating every “local” result as interchangeable. Ask whether a city reference means a ranking target, a caller’s stated location, a matter venue or an address attached to an intake. Those distinctions affect how you read a city-by-case-type report.
Recommended approach
Before reviewing performance, write down the geographic labels your firm will use: Wadsworth city, Medina County, other Ohio locations, or another defined area. Then ask Bosseo to show how those labels appear beside rankings, calls, leads and matters. Do not use the population estimate as a forecast. Use it only to keep the geographic frame precise.
