Start with the geography your firm can actually serve
The Census identifies St. Marys as a city in Auglaize County. That relationship is useful when defining the boundary for a review, but it does not mean an LSA profile should target every person in the city or every resident of the county. Your lawful service area may be narrower, broader or different depending on court coverage, licensing, practice area and intake capacity. Bosseo’s public LSA description identifies category and geography targeting as program decisions. It also describes service zones as something to set deliberately.
Recommended approach
Review St. Marys and Auglaize County separately. Decide which locations your firm accepts, which matter types justify a paid inquiry and which areas should be excluded. Ask Bosseo to examine geographic coverage rather than treating the city population as a forecast.
