1. Make the Springdale service area explicit in the intake path
Springdale is recorded as a municipality in Hamilton County. That relationship matters when a visitor needs to understand whether your firm serves the place where an incident, dispute or legal need occurred. It does not mean every Springdale resident is a prospective client, and it does not establish that your firm should accept every Hamilton County inquiry. Bosseo’s public Video Intake description says the survey can be built around practice areas and that completed inquiries are tagged by case type. A review should therefore test where geographic eligibility belongs: at the beginning, after the visitor selects a matter type, or during a later human review.
Recommended approach
Define the locations your firm serves and the locations it does not serve before choosing questions. Test whether “Springdale,” “Hamilton County,” and any other service-area terms are understandable to visitors without suggesting that geography alone makes a matter suitable.
