1. Start with the handoff, not a new platform
Bosseo describes Automation as a connection between marketing, intake and operations. Its public product page says the service can move information from website forms, calls, chat or video intake into a CRM and case-management system, with contact details, case type, source and intake answers included when available. For a Solon-focused practice, the useful first question is whether an inquiry related to Solon or elsewhere in Cuyahoga County currently arrives in an inbox, remains there, or is entered more than once. The city and county relationship helps you define which geographic labels your intake should preserve; it does not tell you which matters are most valuable or how many inquiries you receive.
Recommended approach
Map each current entry point and record the next human action. Ask where geographic information is captured, whether it is sufficient for screening, and which system should become the working record. Do not add a Solon-specific routing rule unless the firm has a business reason for it.
