1. Define the Reynoldsburg service area before reviewing calls
Reynoldsburg is a city in Ohio, and its recorded county relationships are Fairfield County, Franklin County and Licking County. A firm may serve people in Reynoldsburg, one or more of those counties, other Ohio communities, or a narrower practice-area territory. Those are different geographic choices. Intake Coach should therefore be evaluated against the locations your firm actually accepts, not against a population figure treated as a proxy for opportunity. The 2020–2024 ACS estimate of 41,224 describes the municipality’s population; it does not establish how many people seek legal help, call a law firm, qualify for representation or become clients.
Recommended approach
Write the geographic boundaries and exclusions your intake team should recognize. Decide whether location is an eligibility question, a routing question, or simply information for the attorney. Then use call reviews to check whether staff ask for and record the relevant location without treating Reynoldsburg, a county, the Columbus metropolitan area or Ohio as interchangeable.
