1. Start with the profile clients actually compare
Bosseo’s public Reputation & Reviews page centers the Google Business Profile and describes a program of review requests, review responses and review-count tracking. Its page also says people compare ratings and review counts. Those are useful items for an Ontario firm to inspect, but the page does not establish how many local searchers compare firms, which practice areas they seek, or how the firm currently appears. Ontario’s recorded relationship with Richland County matters when you define the geographic coverage of the profile and the service area described to prospective clients. It does not justify treating the city’s population as a measure of legal demand.
Recommended approach
Review the firm’s current profile, rating, review count, recent activity, response history and listed service area. Separate Ontario visibility from coverage elsewhere in Richland County and from any broader Ohio service area. Decide whether the profile accurately represents the locations and matters the firm is prepared to handle before changing its review plan.
