What does Lead Attribution show for an inquiry?+
Bosseo’s public product page describes channel, referrer, landing page, device, session detail and attached intake answers in one journey. It also describes outcome tracking through consultation and signed case. Ask for a consultation to confirm how those fields would appear for your firm.
Can attribution include phone calls?+
Bosseo says phone calls can join the same journey, with the transcript, case-type tag and web journey connected. The actual quality of a match depends on the information available in your firm’s systems and records.
Does this prove that a marketing channel caused a signed case?+
It can provide a recorded source journey for review, but attribution is not the same as proving causation in every situation. Review the available path, the intake record and the outcome definition before making a budget decision.
Will this tell me how many Ontario clients I will receive?+
No. The Ontario population estimate is geographic context only and does not establish demand, competition, leads, cases or revenue. Lead Attribution is intended to help you review actual inquiry journeys and outcomes, not forecast them from population.
Do I need to change the way my staff asks about source?+
Bosseo states that attribution runs behind the scenes and does not require manual tagging by the firm. Your consultation should still address which intake fields and outcome stages your team uses, because those records affect what can be evaluated.
How is this different from aggregate analytics?+
Bosseo describes Lead Attribution as connecting a specific journey to a lead’s intake answers and outcomes, rather than viewing anonymous traffic only in aggregate. Ask how the product handles incomplete, unmatched or disputed records before relying on a roll-up.
