1. Define the geography before you interpret the board
A New Philadelphia firm should decide what geography each metric represents. The Census record identifies New Philadelphia city and its county relationship as Tuscarawas County. That does not automatically make every county, nearby community, statewide target or metropolitan area part of the same reporting scope. A dashboard can be difficult to govern when a partner asks about “New Philadelphia” but the underlying view combines several geographic areas. Ask Bosseo to show how service-and-city targets are named, how city data is separated from county data, and whether a report can distinguish the firm’s chosen coverage areas.
Recommended approach
Bring a written geography definition to the consultation. Specify whether the firm wants to review New Philadelphia city alone, Tuscarawas County, Ohio-wide coverage or another explicitly selected area. Treat each as a separate measurement decision rather than using the city’s population as a forecast.
