Start with the geography your firm actually serves
Milford’s recorded relationship with both Clermont County and Hamilton County matters when you decide which clients and matters belong in a review program. A firm may serve Milford while also accepting clients elsewhere in one or both counties, or it may intentionally limit its service area. The place name alone cannot answer that question. Bosseo’s public product text centers the review engine on Google Business Profile and describes review activity in relation to local map visibility. That makes geographic scope a setup decision: the firm should identify its actual service area, the profile or profiles representing the practice, and the locations it is prepared to discuss publicly.
Recommended approach
Before booking, write down the cities, counties and practice areas the firm intends to serve. Ask Bosseo how that scope would affect the review strategy and which inquiries should count as qualified. Do not use Milford’s population as a forecast of demand.
