1. Establish the geography before judging a lead source
Medina is a municipality in Medina County, Ohio. A page or campaign intended for Medina city is not automatically a measure of activity across the county, and a countywide service area is not the same thing as the city’s population. Lead Attribution can help you inspect the landing page, referrer and channel associated with an inquiry; it does not turn a population estimate into a demand forecast. Keep the geographic question explicit when reviewing records: did the relevant journey arrive through a Medina page, a county-focused page, a service page or another route?
Recommended approach
Define the geographic labels your firm actually needs before interpreting reports. Separate Medina city from Medina County and do not use the city’s 25,950-person estimate as a proxy for searches, cases or revenue. Review whether landing-page and intake records preserve enough location and case information for your own qualification decisions.
