1. Start with the right Madeira geography
A local report can become misleading when it treats Madeira, Hamilton County, a wider metropolitan area and Ohio as interchangeable. They are not the same geographic scope. The Census identifies Madeira as a municipality and records its county relationship as Hamilton County. Its population estimate is useful context for defining the place in a report, but it cannot tell you how many people need legal help or where a future client will come from. The dashboard page describes city data, rankings and source attribution as decision inputs, not as proof that a particular location will produce matters.
Recommended approach
Before reviewing performance, write down the geographic definitions you want to compare. Decide whether a keyword means Madeira specifically, a Hamilton County target, a broader regional target or a statewide target. Ask how each ranking, call, form and matter would be assigned to that geography. Keep the municipality’s population as context rather than a demand forecast. This prevents a small-area population figure from being mistaken for a marketing outcome.
