Set the service area before you set the budget
Macedonia is recorded as a municipality in Summit County. That geographic relationship matters because a firm may want to serve Macedonia specifically, Summit County more broadly, or additional areas beyond the county. Those are different targeting decisions. A city name should not automatically become the boundary for a legal advertising program, and the local population estimate should not be treated as a forecast of search activity. Bosseo’s public LSA description identifies category and geography targeting as part of the program, including practice areas and service zones set deliberately. The decision is therefore whether the locations in your profile match the matters your firm can accept and serve.
Recommended approach
Bring a written service-area policy to the consultation. Separate Macedonia from Summit County and from any other Ohio locations you serve. Then decide whether each practice area should use the same geography or a narrower one. Review the resulting inquiries by location rather than assuming that a larger area is better.
