That is more useful than beginning with a feature list. A Landen-serving firm should document the work as it happens across the practice, not treat Landen’s population as evidence that a particular software project is needed. Ask where information is copied, where a handoff waits, where a deadline depends on memory, or where clients contact staff for information already held by the firm.
Recommended approach
Bring one recurring manual task to the consultation. Describe the people involved, the trigger, the systems touched, the decision points and the consequence of delay. Keep the first scope narrow enough that the firm can identify the problem it is paying software to address.
