Start with the geography your firm actually serves
Franklin is recorded as a municipality in Warren County, Ohio. The 2020–2024 ACS five-year estimate lists 11,712 residents, with a margin of error of 34. That figure describes the city’s population; it does not establish legal demand, search activity, competition, inquiry volume or revenue. It also does not establish that every prospective client lives inside Franklin. Your service area may include Warren County, nearby communities or a wider Ohio market, but those boundaries should be defined by the firm rather than inferred from one municipal estimate.
Recommended approach
Before reviewing attribution, list the geographic areas and practice types your firm intentionally accepts. Then decide whether reports should distinguish Franklin from Warren County and from any broader service area. That separation helps prevent a Franklin visit, a Warren County matter and an Ohio-wide campaign from being treated as the same market. Bosseo’s consultation can be used to review how those geographic distinctions should appear in landing-page, channel and outcome analysis.
