1. Start with the geography your firm actually serves
The Census identifies Finneytown as a CDP in Hamilton County, Ohio. That is useful when defining a location filter, but it is not a substitute for a service-area decision. A firm may accept matters from Finneytown, serve a wider part of Hamilton County, or organize its marketing around practice areas rather than a single community. A dashboard is only useful when its geographic labels answer the questions your partners ask. Ask how location is represented in keyword tracking, lead records, attribution and case reporting. Also confirm whether a city or county reference describes a search target, a caller’s stated location, an intake address or a matter’s jurisdiction.
Recommended approach
Before booking, write down the geographic boundaries you want to review: Finneytown, Hamilton County, Ohio, or another defined service area. Ask Bosseo to show how each boundary would appear in the dashboard and how you would avoid treating the Finneytown population estimate as proof of demand.
