Start with the geography your firm actually serves
Covedale is recorded by the U.S. Census Bureau as a census-designated place in Hamilton County, Ohio. Its 2020–2024 ACS five-year population estimate is 6,500, with a margin of error of 770. That is population context only. It does not establish legal demand, search volume, competition, calls or revenue. The dashboard discussion should therefore begin with your operating definition: Covedale alone, Covedale plus other Hamilton County communities, or a broader service area. The geographic label attached to a ranking, call or lead should not silently turn a place into a promised market.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how location labels are defined in reporting and decide whether Covedale should be a distinct target, part of a county view, or one segment within a larger Ohio service area. Keep those views separate so a county total cannot be mistaken for Covedale performance.
