1. Define the reputation area before requesting reviews
Columbiana is connected in the Census record with Columbiana County and Mahoning County, but a law firm may serve a narrower or wider geography. A city profile, county service area, and Ohio-wide practice are different decisions. Before changing review activity, identify where the firm is authorized to practice, where clients come from, and which locations are represented by the Google Business Profile. Do not use the city’s population estimate as a forecast of demand or review volume.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to evaluate geographic coverage as a reputation question: which profile is being managed, which service areas matter, and whether review messaging accurately represents the firm’s reach. Keep the public wording truthful and specific to the firm’s actual services. A review program should not imply an office, attorney or practice location that the firm does not have.
