1. Set the response boundary around your Bainbridge practice
Bosseo’s public product page says calls go to your team first and that the AI steps in when nobody answers within 20 seconds. It also describes coverage for nights, weekends, holidays and overflow. Those rules matter more than Bainbridge’s population estimate: the relevant design question is whether your firm wants a safety net for unanswered calls, rather than a replacement for its front desk. Decide which practice areas, callers and times belong in that safety-net path. Do not treat the local population figure as proof of demand, missed-call volume or staffing need.
Recommended approach
Review your existing call path by circumstance, not by assumed volume. Identify what should happen during a missed daytime call, an after-hours call, a holiday call and a period when your lines are busy. Ask Bosseo to explain how the 20-second handoff would apply to each circumstance and what your team must supply about practice areas, hours and consultation procedures.
