1. Make the firm’s geographic identity unambiguous
AI systems and search engines need to understand who the firm is, what it practices, and where it serves. Bosseo describes entity and brand grounding around firm names, attorneys, locations, and practice areas, together with structured data and clear site architecture. For an Avon law firm, that means distinguishing Avon from Lorain County and from Ohio as a whole. Those are related but different geographic descriptions. A page about the city should not silently imply countywide coverage, and a county page should not be treated as proof that every nearby community is served.
Recommended approach
Review the firm name, attorney details, practice areas, service locations, contact information, and page-level geographic references for consistency. Decide which locations the firm explicitly serves and which should not be represented. The 2020–2024 ACS record can establish Avon’s municipal and county relationship, but it should not be used to claim that residents are seeking legal help or that a particular practice area is in demand.
