Start with definitions that match your firm’s decisions
An ROI view is only useful when its labels mean something consistent. Bosseo’s public ROI Dashboard description includes rankings, calls, leads, case types, forms and intakes, plus a distinction between Potential New Client, Current Client and Other. It also describes calls as transcribed and tagged by case type. That gives you a basis for a definition review rather than a reason to accept every number automatically. Ask how your firm wants to distinguish a new inquiry from a current-client call, a referral, a vendor contact or an unsuitable matter. A Mandan firm may also need to decide whether its reporting geography is the city, Morton County, a wider North Dakota service area or another clearly defined territory. The Census record supports the Mandan–Morton County relationship, but it does not choose that reporting boundary for you.
Recommended approach
Bring your current intake categories and decide which classifications should appear on the dashboard. Keep geographic labels explicit so a Mandan result is not mistaken for a countywide or statewide result.
