1. Connect the Fargo search path to the inquiry
Bosseo’s public Lead Attribution page describes a journey that can include the channel, referrer, landing page, device and prior sessions before a person contacts the firm. It also states that intake answers can be attached to the journey. That matters when a Fargo prospect does not identify a single source accurately at intake. “Google” may describe a search engine while leaving the firm unable to distinguish a service page, a later return visit or another path. Fargo city and Cass County should be treated as geographic labels to review in the firm’s own records, not as proof that a particular service or channel is producing cases.
Recommended approach
Review whether your current records preserve the first meaningful visit, the page that prompted contact, the eventual contact method and the geographic scope you actually serve. Ask Bosseo to show how those fields would be represented for your firm before deciding which reports are useful.
