1. Set the geographic boundary before reviewing intake
Zebulon is recorded as a municipality associated with Johnston County and Wake County. A firm may receive calls from people in the town, from elsewhere in either county, or from outside those areas. Those are not interchangeable categories. Population data can describe the municipality, but it cannot establish call volume, legal demand, staffing needs, language preferences, competition, lead quality, or revenue. Intake Coach is therefore best evaluated against the geographic labels your firm already uses: caller location, incident location, court location, service area, and whether the matter is appropriate for your practice.
Recommended approach
Decide which geographic fields should be captured or confirmed during intake. Review whether a caller from Zebulon requires a different ownership or escalation path from a caller elsewhere in Johnston County, Wake County, or North Carolina. Keep the boundary operational: use it to route and review conversations, not to infer demand from population.
