1. Define what “Wendell” means in your measurement plan
Wendell is recorded as a town in Wake County, North Carolina. The Census estimate describes the municipality and its population; it does not establish how many people search for legal services, where prospective clients live, or which matters a firm will receive. A dashboard can only answer a geographic question that the firm has defined precisely. “Wendell calls,” “Wake County calls,” and calls from people who mention another location are not interchangeable categories.
Recommended approach
Before reviewing performance, decide whether a location field means the search target, the caller’s location, the service area, the landing-page location or the matter’s jurisdiction. Record those definitions beside the dashboard view. If your firm serves Wendell and a wider part of Wake County, keep those scopes separate rather than combining them into one local total.
