Does Weddington’s population prove that Local Service Ads will produce leads?+
No. The 2020–2024 ACS estimate is 13,805, with a margin of error of 53. Population is eligibility and geographic context only; it does not establish demand, competition, leads, cases or revenue.
Can the program cover both Mecklenburg County and Union County?+
The decision should be based on the locations your firm actually serves and the service zones available for the profile. Weddington has recorded relationships with both counties, so review each desired area deliberately rather than assuming countywide coverage is appropriate.
How are Local Service Ads different from regular search ads?+
Bosseo’s public page describes LSAs as appearing above regular ads and the map, with pay-per-lead pricing rather than pay-per-click pricing. Placement, eligibility and results remain subject to Google’s rules and the firm’s profile and operating decisions.
What information should our intake team record?+
At minimum, decide how your team will record the contact’s location, matter type, whether the matter is accepted, whether the contact was reachable, whether a consultation occurred and whether the matter became signed business. Your firm should adapt the fields to its own intake standards.
What counts as a junk lead for review?+
Bosseo’s public LSA page gives examples including solicitors, wrong numbers, out-of-area contacts and matters outside the practice area. Review each contact against your agreed rules; a dispute is not the same as an automatic credit or guaranteed recovery.
Can Bosseo promise a Weddington ranking or lead volume?+
No responsible evaluation should promise either from the available facts. Bosseo describes management of categories, geography, budgets, disputes and response-related work, but no Weddington ranking, lead volume, price or revenue result is established here.
