Put Swannanoa geography into the measurement conversation
A location label can mean different things in a law firm’s reporting. Swannanoa CDP is a specific Census geography, while a firm may serve clients elsewhere in Buncombe County or across North Carolina. Those areas should not be combined casually. The Census record establishes the place and county relationship, but it does not establish how many people need legal help or where future clients will come from. Bosseo’s public ROI Dashboard page describes city and case-type data, rankings and lead attribution as part of the dashboard ecosystem. That makes geographic definitions an important item to settle before reviewing results.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show exactly how a location is named in keyword tracking, lead records and source attribution. Decide whether the firm will review Swannanoa separately, alongside other Buncombe County locations, or within a broader North Carolina service area. Keep those views distinct so a county-wide result is not presented as a Swannanoa result.
