What does the ROI Dashboard describe tracking?+
Bosseo’s public page describes keyword rankings, Top 3 and Top 10 counts, SERP features, AI-engine citations, calls, call recordings and transcripts, lead classifications, case-type groupings, forms, video intakes, source attribution, reviews, trends and revenue-related signals. The consultation should establish which items are relevant to your firm and what scope is confirmed.
Can the dashboard separate Stallings from Mecklenburg County, Union County and North Carolina?+
Those are different geographic scopes, and the Census record identifies Stallings’ relationships with Mecklenburg County and Union County. Ask Bosseo how location is represented in the specific view you would use. Do not assume that a town, county or statewide label means the same thing.
Does the Stallings population estimate prove local legal demand?+
No. The 2020–2024 ACS 5-year estimate is 16,886, with a margin of error of 269. It is geographic context and eligibility evidence only. It does not establish search volume, competition, legal need, leads, cases or revenue.
How should our firm define a lead?+
Set the definition before comparing channels. Bosseo describes classifications including Potential New Client, Current Client and Other, as well as case-type tags. Ask how your firm’s rules would handle spam, duplicate contacts, existing clients, vendors and contacts outside the service area.
Is every possible integration included?+
The public page describes connections among Bosseo products such as Lead Attribution and Automation, but it does not establish support for every external system or configuration. Ask for a specific scope review and do not treat an unconfirmed integration as available.
What should we ask about dashboard reliability?+
Ask how missing, duplicated or disputed records are handled; how corrections are made; who can access the data; how recordings and transcripts are retained or reviewed; and how recovery is addressed. Bosseo describes live activity and ranking refresh cycles, but no particular uptime or recovery level is established here.
