What does the ROI Dashboard cover?+
Bosseo’s public description says it brings rankings, SERP features, AI citations, calls, leads and case-type information into one view. It also describes forms and intakes, source attribution and trends. Ask during the consultation which records and fields would apply to your firm and how they would be defined.
Can it show Pinehurst separately from Moore County?+
The public page refers to city data, but it does not establish the exact geographic configuration for every account. Ask Bosseo how Pinehurst, Moore County and any wider North Carolina targets would be labeled, grouped or separated. Pinehurst’s population estimate should not be used as a forecast of legal demand.
Does a lead count mean the firm has a new case?+
No. The public page describes classifications such as Potential New Client, Current Client and Other, and separately discusses retainers and revenue. A contact, classified lead and signed matter are different records. Establish those distinctions before using totals in financial or marketing decisions.
Can users inspect the calls behind a number?+
Bosseo’s public page says calls can be recorded and transcribed and that counted calls have recording and transcript details. Ask how access works for your users, how sensitive information is handled, and how corrections or disputed classifications are managed.
What should we ask about reliability and recovery?+
Ask about delayed or missing calls, forms, intakes, rankings and attribution records; retention; exports; access interruptions; backups; and recovery expectations. The public page describes live or continuous updates but does not state a specific uptime level or recovery commitment.
Is the dashboard enough to prove marketing ROI?+
It can organize the signals needed for review, but a displayed ranking, call or lead does not by itself prove demand, a signed case or revenue. Agree on definitions, attribution limits and acceptance criteria, then use the dashboard alongside your firm’s matter and financial records where appropriate.
