1. Define the reputation footprint before asking for more reviews
Long View’s recorded county relationships are Burke County and Catawba County. A firm may serve people in the town, one county, both counties, or a broader North Carolina area. Those are different geographic decisions. A review program should identify which Google Business Profile and service-area presentation represent the firm, then distinguish Long View from nearby places the firm actually serves. Population is not a substitute for that work: the Census estimate describes the municipality, not the number of people seeking legal help or the number of competing firms.
Recommended approach
Map the firm’s real service territory before setting targets. Review whether the profile, website, intake questions, and public descriptions use the same geographic scope. Do not make a promise about becoming the most-reviewed firm in Long View or either county unless the firm has evidence to support that position.
