1. Define the King service area before measuring it
A dashboard can only answer a geographic question when the geographic label is precise. King is a city, and the cited Census record associates it with Forsyth County and Stokes County. Those are not interchangeable reporting scopes. A firm may want to review King city separately, the two listed counties together, or a broader North Carolina footprint. Bosseo’s public page says the dashboard can show keyword rankings, leads by case type and city data. It also says rankings can be tracked across a state. That supports a scope discussion, not an assumption that a King campaign, county campaign or statewide campaign already exists.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how geographic labels would be defined in the dashboard before accepting any report. Decide whether a city, county, state or another explicitly named area is the unit for rankings, calls and leads. Do not use the population estimate as a proxy for demand or expected case volume.
