Define the Hickory geography before reviewing performance
A local law firm may describe its service area as Hickory, one or more of the three recorded counties, or a broader North Carolina market. Those are different reporting scopes. A dashboard review should not treat Hickory city, Burke County, Caldwell County, Catawba County and the state as interchangeable. The Census record identifies Hickory as a municipality and places it in relationship with those counties; it does not show where legal inquiries originate or where a firm accepts matters. Bosseo’s public ROI Dashboard description says firms can view keyword rankings and city data. That makes geographic naming a measurement decision, not a conclusion about demand.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how location labels will be defined for ranking and lead reports. Decide whether the firm wants separate Hickory and county views, and document how a lead connected with more than one location will be classified.
