Review the path from first question to next action
Intake performance is shaped by the path a conversation takes. A caller may ask about fees, describe an incident, provide a deadline or seek a callback. Intake Coach’s public description says each call receives an AI score, a winability estimate, the quoted retainer, a call-quality review, a purpose-of-call summary, extracted key facts and specific coaching suggestions. Those elements give your firm a way to examine whether the conversation reached a clear next step rather than relying on a general impression. For Davidson matters, define in advance whether your review includes only Davidson callers or callers from the wider service area across Iredell and Mecklenburg counties. The Census record establishes those county relationships; it does not establish where your callers come from.
Recommended approach
Bring several representative intake paths to the consultation and ask how each would be evaluated: consultation booking, attorney callback, follow-up request, decline, escalation or disqualification. Decide which next actions should be explicit and which facts must be confirmed before ownership changes.
