1. Define the geography before you define the report
The U.S. Census Bureau records Dallas as a municipality in Gaston County, North Carolina, with a 2020–2024 ACS five-year population estimate of 6,104 and a margin of error of 27. That is location and population context only. It does not establish legal demand, search volume, competition, leads, cases or revenue. For a firm serving Dallas, the dashboard review should therefore begin with an explicit geography field: Dallas town, Gaston County, North Carolina, a metropolitan area, or another area the firm actually serves. A location label by itself cannot explain where a call or matter originated.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how location is represented in ranking, lead and source views. Decide whether your internal reporting will separate Dallas from Gaston County and from broader North Carolina activity. Do not approve a report that combines those areas without making the relationship visible.
