Review the complete intake conversation, not just the outcome
Bosseo describes Intake Coach as reviewing every intake call, including calls handled by a firm’s team or by its AI answering system. Its public product page says each call is recorded, transcribed, tagged by case type, scored, and analyzed. The resulting report may include an AI score, a winability estimate, the quoted retainer, a call-quality review, a summary, key extracted facts, and specific coaching suggestions. Those observations give you more to review than whether a consultation was ultimately scheduled. In Charlotte, where your firm’s service area may extend beyond the city into Mecklenburg County or other places, your review should distinguish the caller’s location and matter from the firm’s intended service geography.
Recommended approach
Ask to see how a report represents a real intake conversation and determine which fields your team would use for attorney review, follow-up, and coaching. Do not treat an automated score or winability estimate as a legal judgment, a case valuation, or a substitute for attorney screening.
