1. Define what an Archdale result means before you measure it
A local dashboard can become misleading when “Archdale” is used as a loose label for every nearby activity. Archdale city is a municipality, and its recorded county relationships are Guilford County and Randolph County. Those geographic relationships should be kept distinct in your reporting design. A call from someone in Archdale, a ranking for an Archdale service page, a lead associated with Guilford County and a matter signed elsewhere are not automatically the same event. Bosseo’s public ROI Dashboard page describes rankings by service-and-city target, city data, source attribution and leads by case type. Ask how those labels will be defined for your firm before relying on a tile or total.
Recommended approach
Agree on geographic definitions in writing. Decide whether the dashboard will separate Archdale city from Guilford County, Randolph County, broader North Carolina activity and any metropolitan reporting. Treat the Census population figure as context only; do not use it as a forecast of calls or cases.
