1. Define what “ROI” means for an Apex practice
Bosseo’s public ROI Dashboard page describes a live view of rankings, SERP features, AI citations, calls, leads, case types, forms, intakes, reviews, trends and revenue-related signals. It also describes leads and matters by case type and source attribution through the Lead Attribution layer. For an Apex firm serving people in Chatham County, Wake County or elsewhere in North Carolina, those categories should not be treated as interchangeable. A population estimate for Apex does not tell you how many people need a lawyer or where a future matter will originate. The firm should therefore decide whether ROI means qualified inquiries, consultations, signed matters, collected revenue, or another defined outcome.
Recommended approach
Before approving a dashboard, write a plain-language definition for each business outcome. Ask Bosseo to show how a potential new client is separated from a current client, vendor or spam contact, and how a case type is assigned. Require the consultation to distinguish observed activity from an interpretation of that activity.
