1. Start with the exact footprint: Warwick and Orange County
A Warwick page should not blur the town into the county or into New York generally. The Census record identifies Warwick town as part of Orange County. Those are different geographic scopes, and each can imply a different service decision. You may serve clients in Warwick, several Orange County communities or a broader New York territory; the page set should reflect the areas your firm actually accepts matters from. Bosseo’s public product description says the footprint can be statewide or limited to selected counties. That makes county selection a commercial and operational decision, not a population exercise.
Recommended approach
Bring a service-area map to the consultation. Mark Warwick separately from the rest of Orange County, identify any counties you intentionally exclude, and decide whether a town-level page would provide information that a county page would not. Do not use the town’s population estimate as a forecast of inquiries.
