1. Start with the site you actually need to protect
A hosting review should begin with an inventory, not a server label. Identify every public website, landing page, form, database, redirect, domain record and email-related DNS record connected with the firm. Then separate the website from the firm’s other systems. Hosting a website does not, by itself, establish that a case-management system, email platform or other application is hosted there. Bosseo’s public Dedicated Hosting page describes migration of files, databases, DNS and email records, but your consultation should confirm what is in scope for your particular environment.
Recommended approach
Bring a current list of domains, subdomains, website administrators, form destinations and vendors. Ask Bosseo to map each dependency before approving a move. Because Viola is in Rockland County, also decide whether reporting should distinguish Viola from Rockland County and from other New York locations your firm serves. Those are different geographic definitions and should not be blended into a single hosting or marketing conclusion.
