1. Start with the Victor service area, not a guessed lead volume
Your firm may serve Victor, the rest of Ontario County, or a wider New York market. Those are different geographic decisions, and a town population cannot establish how many people will visit your site or submit an intake. The Census record identifies Victor as a municipal town in Ontario County and reports the population estimate above; it does not establish search behavior, competition, case demand, language preference, call volume or revenue. For Video Intake, this matters because the qualification flow should reflect the geographic scope your firm actually accepts. A visitor from Victor may need a different ownership or routing decision from a visitor outside your service area.
Recommended approach
Define the serviceable geography during consultation. List the locations you accept, the locations that require review, and the locations you do not serve. Then decide whether location belongs early in the survey, later in the qualification path, or in staff review. Measure completed intakes by geography rather than treating the town population as a forecast.
