Define the geographic coverage before asking for reviews
The Census record identifies Sweden town and its relationship to Monroe County. It does not establish that every prospective client is searching within the town, that a firm serves the whole county, or that New York-wide visibility is appropriate. A firm may serve Sweden town, selected Monroe County communities, or a broader New York service area. Those are different decisions. Review requests should therefore be tied to the firm’s actual client and matter coverage rather than sent as if one geographic label describes every practice.
Recommended approach
Start by documenting the places the firm genuinely serves and the places represented by its Google Business Profile. In consultation, compare the firm’s stated coverage with the location a client sees in a review, profile, directory or response. Do not use the Sweden population estimate to set a review target or predict inquiry volume.
