What does Lead Attribution show for an individual lead?+
Bosseo describes a journey record that can include the channel, referrer, landing page, device, session detail and attached intake answers. Its public page also describes connecting calls to the same journey and tracking outcomes through consultation and signed case.
Can attribution include phone calls?+
Bosseo’s public Lead Attribution page says calls can join the journey record, including the call information, case-type tag and web journey associated with the contact. The firm should still confirm how its own call and outcome records are maintained.
Does the Red Hook population estimate predict lead volume?+
No. The Census estimate describes Red Hook town in Dutchess County during the 2020–2024 ACS five-year period. It is not evidence of search volume, legal need, competition, calls, inquiries, cases or revenue.
How is this different from asking a new client how they found the firm?+
A remembered answer can be incomplete. Bosseo describes connecting identifiable journey information with intake answers, so the firm can review the source, pages and sessions associated with the inquiry instead of relying only on a client’s recollection.
Can the firm see which pages or channels are associated with cases?+
Bosseo describes roll-ups by channel, case type and page and tracking through signed case. The firm should use its own confirmed outcome records and avoid treating visits or inquiries alone as signed matters.
Does Lead Attribution guarantee rankings, inquiries or revenue?+
No guarantee should be assumed. Attribution is a measurement and review service. Bosseo’s public materials describe what the product is intended to show, but neither the Red Hook population record nor attribution data guarantees crawling, indexing, search visibility, lead volume or financial performance.
