1. Define the Ramapo view before judging performance
Ramapo is a municipal town in Rockland County, New York. A population estimate describes the town; it does not establish how many people search for a legal service, contact a firm or become clients. That distinction matters when a dashboard presents city, case-type or source data. Before using a Ramapo filter in a business discussion, ask how geography is assigned: by the page a visitor saw, the caller’s stated location, an address in the intake record, or another field. Also decide whether the relevant view is Ramapo town alone, Rockland County more broadly, or a wider service area. Those are different reporting questions.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show the geographic definition used in the dashboard and document whether Ramapo is treated as a town, a county relationship, a page target or a lead-provided location. Do not treat the ACS population estimate as a forecast. Use it only to explain why geographic scope needs to be explicit.
