1. Define what “Plainedge” means in the dashboard
A local report can become misleading when a firm treats Plainedge, Nassau County, New York and a wider service territory as interchangeable. Plainedge is recorded as a CDP within Nassau County, not as a county or metropolitan area. Its ACS population estimate is useful for identifying the place being discussed, but it cannot validate a practice-area opportunity. Your dashboard should make the geographic scope visible at the level that matters to each decision: a Plainedge target, a Nassau County target, or another area your firm deliberately serves.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how geographic labels appear beside tracked keywords, pages, calls and leads. Agree in advance whether a report should separate Plainedge from Nassau County and from broader New York coverage. Do not accept a combined geographic total if it prevents you from deciding where a call or matter originated.
