1. Set the geographic boundary before asking for reviews
Your firm may serve Parma, other parts of Monroe County or a broader New York market. Those are different geographic relationships, and a review program should not blur them. The Census identifies Parma as a municipal town in Monroe County; it does not show where your clients live or where your matters originate. Before implementation, review whether your profile, website and client communications describe Parma accurately and whether your service area extends beyond the town. Bosseo’s public product page centers Reputation & Reviews on Google Business Profile activity and describes a review campaign to past clients plus ongoing requests to new clients.
Recommended approach
Bring a written service-area description to the consultation. Decide whether reputation reporting should distinguish Parma from the rest of Monroe County and from any wider New York coverage. Do not use the town’s population as a proxy for the number of people seeking counsel or likely to leave reviews.
